What is our Will Call Pick Up option?

We want to ensure getting your product best fits your schedule. For those customers who are near our Williams Railing factory in Eagan, Minnesota, you have the option to pick up your order from our factory.  Will Call is not available for online orders.

How does Will Call work?

  1. Simply contact your local Menards Building Materials Manager, place your order, pay for it, and request a guest pick up at the Williams Railing factory in Eagan, Minnesota.
  2. Confirmation of your pick up time will be sent to you.
  3. Pick up your order at our factory between 9am -3pm CST:

Our professional and friendly team members can either load your vehicle or stage the product outside upon your arrival.
